No sleeping on the back!
Sleeping on the back can cause problems with breathing, digestive issues, low blood pressure and back pain. In this position, the entire weight of your baby rests on your intestines and major blood vessels. It can also cause snoring. So it’s a big NO!
Cut out caffeinated drinks for a sound sleep.
Also avoid eating or drinking anything for two hours before going to bed. Fix your time to go to bed and get up, and this should help you get a great sleep!
